Body Shop/ Collision Center Manager
Gordon Chevrolet is currently seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to join our busy collision repair center. Time and turn around are keys in the success of our business. We have been voted Best of Detroit 5 years running for our Customer service and communication with our customers

THE POSITION: The Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Body Shop in professional manner while ensuring quality repairs, excellent customer service, employee retention, and insurance ratings.

Skills & Qualifications:

Working knowledge of repair methods
Experience working with insurance companies
Experience estimating
Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Problem solving skills
Customer service
