We’re growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced Used Car Sales Professional who can step in, make an immediate impact, and contribute to an already high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and conduct a thorough needs assessment
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process with a consultative approach
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and value
• Confidently handle objections and close deals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Follow up with customers using CRM tools to drive repeat and referral business
• Stay current on inventory, market trends, and product knowledge
• Complete required GM training and work closely with sales leadership to achieve goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven automotive sales experience (preferred—used car experience a plus)
• A professional who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every other Saturday (until 3 PM)
• Team-oriented mindset with a competitive drive to succeed
